For the most effective configuration, we recommend ensuring you have WiFi and an online file storage service provider such as Google Drive or Dropbox.

For our Signature course, we recommend that you have a Website, Google Business Profile, Social Media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We will also review optimization of your online profiles on Zillow, Realtor.com, and Yelp.

For our LITE course, we recommend that you have an online profile on your brokerage's site and Social Media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We will also review optimization of your online profiles on Zillow, Realtor.com, and Yelp.

And TIME!

We also encourage that you to set aside enough time every week  to complete each module thoughtfully. We recommend that you scheduled on your calendar by time blocking to complete this course in five to seven weeks.

We recommend investing 1-3 hours a week to complete either of these course in 5-7 weeks. Can you finish sooner? Absolutely!

Each module will have 10-30 minutes of video tutorial followed by a short knowledge assessment, an assignment, and a customizable workflow process.

If you are a real estate agent and plan to have your assistant take this course, please make sure you have at least one hour of time to invest in the first module with your assistant.  The first module requires a solid investment of time in terms of proving responses to real estate and brand questions which will set the stage for the rest of the modules.

If you don't invest the time in the first module, you are not setting yourself or your assistant up for success. Just sayin'. Plan accordingly please!

We want to make sure you have plenty of time to complete this course. Therefore, you will have access to the course for 6 months from the date of enrollment.

Yes, closed captions are available for each tutorial lesson. 

The assignment introductions do not have closed captions but if there's a request for them, we would love to know. Please share your request at help@plumeriapillars.com.

Absolutely!

We want you to explore this course and feel comfortable with your investment of time and money. Therefore, you can receive 100% of your investment as long as you meet these stipulations:

- Your request is submitted within 5 days of enrollment
- You have not watched more than 10% of the course.

We are confident that you will absolutely love this course and will find a ton of value for its price but if it's not for you or you just don't have the time, no problem! We understand that too and we will honor a refund per the stipulations.

There are two payment plans to choose from for the Signature course:

- One payment of $500
- Two installments of $275 (one at time of enrollment and second payment 30 days later.)

For the LITE course, there is one only payment option of $300.
